Quantity Food Management

Quantity Food Management is an intense and abbreviated course that focuses on hands-on food preparation and classroom courses designed to develop participants into professional food preparation employees. 

This course deals primarily with principles of cooking, food preparation, presentation, food safety, and sanitation procedures which is expected from "back of the house professionals."  Additional topics deal with the planning and preparation of food dishes to be served as well as the multifaceted topic of catering.
