The Villa seats up to 165 persons inside with an additional 40 person seating capacity outside. The Villa is available to rent for your special event from 9am to midnight or by the half day. For rates please visit our Lodging Section or call 888-839-4799. The Villa's Italian style veranda is perfect for small gatherings and is available for daily rental. Our Picnic Pavilion, overlooking scenic Center Hill lake, is available with or with out gas grills.
