EDUCATION
The Professional Resort and Quantity Food Management Course is an 18 week program of study encompassing the "hands-on-environment" of Lakeside Resort & Educational Complex. Upon completion, students will receive 18 continuing education units from Tennessee Tech University , a certificate of completion, and assistance with job placement in positions that lead to career opportunities in the resort and culinary field.
